How our Cloth Diaper Service works
We drop off a bag full of clean/fluffy diapers every week
Your family uses the diapers
You put all dirty diapers out on your step for pick up on your set day
We pick up all dirty diapers(not any leftover clean ones)

Setting Up
You can book your cloth diaper service at anytime, however, you can also request the service while you are still pregnant and we will drop off your package 2 weeks before your due date. We can also deliver any items from your baby registry that you didn’t
receive at the baby shower! Pay online or make arrangements to pay cash on delivery. In fact, anything you purchase online (or anything purchased online for you) can be delivered for free with your weekly delivery if arrangements are made at least 24 hours prior to your delivery.
Diaper Covers
We include 2-8 diaper covers (Bummis, Motherease or Sweet Pea) with your cloth diaper service depending on the package you choose. We also offer a 10% discount on the purchase of additional cloth diapers covers to anyone using the cloth diaper service. When your baby outgrows a size we also have a consignment program where you receive 60% of the selling price when you consign them at our used cloth diaper sales.
Diaper Pails
You will be provided with a 14 gallon pail. There is a $50 rental fee (included in many of our packages), you will receive $25 back when you terminate the service and return the pail. Also included is a scented deodorizer disk to be placed into the pail.
Poopy/soiled cloth diapers are to be placed into the pail after shaking out any solids into the toilet. You may also choose to use a bio-soft liner.
Washing
Organic service - Diapers are washed with unscented detergent from The Laundry Tarts, rinsed three times and hung to dry to remove stains. Then they are fluffed in the dryer with wool dryer balls. No commercial detergents or bleach are used.
Regular service: Washed and rinsed to diaper industry standards with laundry detergent. Commercial bleach is used to remove stains from diapers. Dried in the dryer with Nellie’s dryer balls.
Delivery
Your cloth diapers will be delivered and picked up on the same day every week. The hours of delivery are from 7am-7pm. If we need to change your delivery day we will notify you in advance. We also ask the same from our customers - if you are going on vacation please give us 1 week notice to hold your service. If your cloth diapers are not out on your set day, you will be charged $10 for an extra delivery.
Cost
$19.99 per week for prefolds, boosters-bamboo/hemp, wipes, deodorizing disc

Free in Home Consultation
For new clients or clients that need a refresher we offer at home consultation. You can also choose to come to the store at 462 Hazeldean rd. in Kanata. We will go over how to use the cloth diapers and accessories. Lots of
time to ask all your questions and practice putting a cloth diaper on.
